CAN DO ALL KHANG LENDING’S FINANCING PROGRAMS

FINANCING DIRECTOR is an Independent Sales Contractor (ISC/1099) who is coached to consult clients with: Business Bank Loan, Business Private Funding, No Income Check Investment Home Loans, Commercial Bank Loans, Construction Bank Loans and also private lenders and hard money loans nationwide. (For other loans that we (“Khang Lending”) don’t mention here, we don’t provide).

The ISC’s work:

  1. The ISC will do marketing, find leads, consult clients and make sure they meet Khang Lending’s requirements for all types of financing products that Khang Lending promotes.
  2. The ISC will submit a summary of the loan request and all the docs requested to Funding@KhangLending.com and CC the clients for a direct communication with Khang Lending.
  3. The ISC shall be kept updated during the transactions and shall not be involved in originating, processing or underwriting the files. The ISC may be required to assist the transactions by collecting additional documents from the clients by Khang Lending office.

THIS IS WHAT WE PAY THE ISC

These % below are only for a start-pay that we offer. If we fund at least 10 deals a month from the ISC and in 3 months straight (You know what you do and do it well), we would consider to raise your % up to 0.75% – 4%. (This pay percentage could be updated anytime in our guidelines without a notice):

For $100M-funded-per-year level, production, team builder, high qualify and promoted ISC, we could consider to have the ISC work directly with our banks and lenders and become a bank-and-lender-approved broker under Khang Lending’s brokerage.

  • 2% total funded amount for Business Fast Cash and Khang Lending invests (The Shark)
  • 0.5% total loan amount for SBA, Bank Loans, Investment property, Commercial property, Construction, Fix & Flip, Private lending and Hard money lending programs and all real estate-based and bank financing
  • International New Construction Project from $100,000,000 up in Canada, Vietnam and other countries, Khang Lending pays you:
  •   $100,000: For loans from $100M to $499,999,999
  •   $200,000: For loans from $500M up

LICENSING

There are no licenses needed for this ISC position for Business and Commercial purposes. All you need is Business & Commercial Financing Coaching provided by Millionaires Mentor.

We love the idea of BRRRR program. Let’s say you buy an older house for $150K, you put another $20K to fix it up with bright wall color, nice floor… You may get this appraised at $230K or more depends on location and neighborhood. Lease it to someone, have them pay rent and cash out refinance up to 70-75% LTV, then use this money to repeat it. Now, you don’t only have $60K in profit but also you have someone else pay for your mortgage. You will own the property for FREE.

(What C would do after the purchase? C could be a fixer flipper. C will put another $20K to fix it up with bright wall color, nice floor… C may get this appraised and sell it at $230K or more depends on location and neighborhood. C profit $40K. Both win! We will use an assignment contract for this transaction.
